Is there a rug-cleaning system that will remove dog urine stains and odor from carpets?
I'm looking for a commercial system using some sort of machine, not the do-it-yourself sprays, foams and neutralizers. Thanks.

parky: You can remove the odour by steam cleaning but the first step is to remove the under pad where the stain is and piece in new under pad. The under pad cannot be cleaned and this is what will hold the urine odour even if you clean your carpet, so piece in new under pad. Clean and disinfect the floor where you remove the damaged under pad also. While you have your carpet rolled back clean and disinfect the back of the carpet where stained. Re lay your carpet then steam clean. Odour gone

suzanne_sauls: have you tried blotting, several times a day, with solution of white vinegar and water? Do this for several days using white rag or white paper towels. You are wanting to reach the padding
