Laminate floor heating?

Laminate floor heating?
I am thinking of changing my carpet in my house and now want to put laminate flooring in the living and dining room. I have been thinking off using carbon heating film and was hoping someone could tell me if it is worth it or not I would want it to heat the room. Is it better then radiators as I have these in all the rooms and if anyone nows where i can get it for a good price.
