how can I keep my area rugs in place (I have two cats and a dog)?
I've tried the waffle backing that is no-skid stuff but with the animals chasing each other around all the time my rugs end up balled up against the wall and the end of the hall. Any tips?

(I have hard wood floors that I want to protect from scratches, otherwise I'd go sans rugs)

Dana D:  Getting big, heavy rugs is the only solution I've found. We use the waffle backing as extra stick, but if the rugs aren't heavy enough, nothing will help. Like our door mats & hallway runners are a joke. The only rugs that seem to stay in place are the big 6-8ft+ rugs.
