How to find radiant floor heating already installed?
We are looking to update a kitchen. We are going to have to dig up the floor and I dont want to rupture or cut into any preexisting lines what is the best way of finding the tubes so we dont cut them?

zocko: its all over the area. You have to take up the tiles first and leave the thinset base alone, then redo it over the existing thinset. lots of luck on that one. the tubes are set in a base and it depends on if there is cement board under the tiles.
