is there such a thing as an area rug that does not slip when it is positioned on top of carpet?

How do I get candle wax out of the padding under the carpet?

Can a rubber gripper pad cause damage to a laminate floor?
When a rubber gripper pad is placed under an area rug to prevent slipping on a laminate floor is there any potential for damage? (There are some non-rubber products available , but they are rather expensive.)

Why is my litter-box trained chihuahua peeing on my carpet?
